Consulting Services
Consulting solutions for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries with personalized service.
Also in module 01 of Strategic Alignment, we offer the BPF Diagnostic Service based on current regulatory guidelines, combined with our knowledge acquired through experience in the industry of critical points for proposing structures that are suitable for the best production flow, mitigating risks of cross-flow and cross-contamination, with area classification studies to meet the needs of the process, protecting both products and people in the event of handling contaminating and sensitive asset classes. This diagnosis is carried out with a local inspection and documented through a Technical Report identifying the adaptation needs with classification from the most critical levels to the least critical ones. With this survey, the client can organize and plan to develop a BPF adaptation project with a plan and effective responses to regulatory agencies.

CONSULTING
We develop exclusive projects tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring efficiency and quality. In Module 01 Strategic Alignment, we provide specialized consulting to develop a Production Capacity Study, analyzing Occupancy x Availability of industrial resources in your production plan, product mix, and growth forecast for the coming years. This study is essential for production planning and scheduling and drives strategic decision-making on the need to increase shifts and project triggers, whether for equipment upgrades, new production areas, or even for the Master Plan study of a new manufacturing site.

Module 02 - Conceptual Design
Based on the assumptions of production capacity and GMP regulatory needs, we began the Conceptual Design Stage, which will determine all the future detailing needs of the project. At this stage, we draw up basic architectural layouts with a study of the flows of people, materials and waste, area classification plans and pressure cascades, defining the basis of the Design Qualification (DQ). Also at this stage, based on the approved layout and process flowchart, we develop the studies and loading of "clean" utilities, e.g. PW / WFI water, pure steam, compressed process air, CIP /SIP systems and others that have contact with the product, as well as "black" utilities such as industrial steam, compressed air, chilled water, hot water and others required for the process. With this utilities study, we were able to deliver a complete and pre-compatible architecture for the next module of project detailing and also to evaluate the energy matrix study at the end of the project, mitigating the risk of implementation by knowing the power supply and water resource needs and also providing a financial estimate basis for the client's decision to follow or revise their strategic plan without having compromised their main budget.

Scope
Module 03 - Basic and Detailed Design
After completing the Conceptual Project, we moved on to the Detailed Basic Project in module 03, elaborating the details of all the disciplines involved, with the approved ERU (User Requirement Specification) bases. At this stage, we mitigated engineering risk, as the definitions of criteria and concepts had already been aligned and validated in the previous stage.
We worked through our methodology to identify best practices for project sequencing between disciplines, ensuring compatibility between them from start to finish.
In the detailing stage, the projects are worked on in 3D models with BIM integration to ensure the reliability and quality of the final documents for the future stages of contracting and execution of the works.
At this stage, we achieve an accuracy of +/- 10% in the project budget forecast.

Management and Technical Support Services
Engineering specialists with experience in industrial areas.
We have the CAPEX Technical Management service, which is carried out by our specialist managers with industrial experience to advise our clients from the selection and prioritization of projects to the technical management follow-up of the implementation of the portfolio approved in the annual CAPEX. This module stipulates the number of hours per month that the manager will provide services and the schedule of visits to the factory structures where the projects will be carried out, as well as the option of having our technical engineering specialists on demand (HH) with a pre-negotiated unit value to support the needs and support during the contract period.

Module 04 - Technical Management of CAPEX

Module 04 - Expert Technical Support
TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SUPPORT
We have a Technical Engineering Support or Owner's Engineering service which is carried out by our technical team of specialists with industrial experience to advise our clients from the analysis of third-party projects to on-site supervision and installations, supporting our clients and guaranteeing good practices and solutions in the projects and also on the application of the specifications to be followed in the works, guaranteeing quality right up to the start-up of their operations. This module stipulates the number of hours per month for each specialty and the schedule of visits to the factory structures where the installations / works will be carried out on demand (HH) with a pre-negotiated unit value to support the needs and support during the contract period.
